Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

BLSS ships from our UK warehouse in Manchester. All shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK delivery

Express Tracked	1–2 working days

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £100.

International delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or order total.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays

While we work to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occur during high-demand periods or due to carrier issues. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact info@blss.co.uk.

Missing or undelivered orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local sorting office first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
