Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from our Manchester warehouse. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking.
- UK Standard Tracked: 2–4 working days
- UK Express Tracked: 1–2 working days
- International: Calculated at checkout, varies by destination

Returns & Exchanges
30 days from delivery for unworn items with tags attached and in original packaging.
To start a return, email returns@blss.co.uk with your order number. We respond within 2 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the return.
For exchanges, the fastest route is to return the item and reorder.

Faulty or wrong items
Contact returns@blss.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and arrange a refund or replacement.
